STEPS TO SET YOUR INTENTION

1. Settle yourself in the space you feel relaxed to set your intention or the space you wish to clear.

2. Remove your stone from the cotton bag and position it in your hand or in your space.

3. Take a moment to set your intention. Try a few deep breaths to settle into yourself.

4. Simply light the stick and circulate it around your body and surroundings.

5. Place the smudge stick in a fireproof dish or shell to burn out.

If your intention is clear and your heart is in the right place, you can’t go wrong.

Your Smudge Stick will absorb moisture easily so please keep them wrapped. If hard to light, dry in the sun.
