SHIPPING INFORMATION
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We ship using Amarex Couriers both domestically and internationally. Local shipping will be quoted by weight and region at the time of checkout. International Shipping will be quoted by the location, weight and dimensions of each order.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Yes. Please email hello@theconscioustrader.com.au to cancel or modify your order before it ships. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking email from us when your item has been shipped.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. As we deliver using a courier, we need a physical address to ship to.
Do you ship worldwide?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is The Conscious Trader’s return policy?
TCT does not accept Returns for ‘change of mind’ however, we will offer an exchange or credit if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.
If I mail a return, when will I be credited?
After inspection of the returned product, it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed.
What is the cost to return or exchange an item?
If your product is faulty, or if the wrong product has been received TCT will issue a returns label for you to use when posting the refund. The shipping price is at the cost of the purchaser for all exchanges.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
What methods of payment do you accept?
TCT accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zippay and AfterPay.
If I place an order, when will I be charged?
Payment will be deducted from the nominated account straight away. If your payment has not been deducted straight away, sometimes this may happen with third-party payment providers like PayPal Express, please wait a few hours and if it still has not been processed please contact customer service hello@theconscioustrader.com.au to confirm the payment status.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter the promo code at the checkout in the box provided. Only one promo code will work per transaction.
What do I do if I can't find my e-gift card?

Where can I use my E-Gift card?
The Conscious Trader E-Gift Cards can be used on The Conscious Trader website only.

Where are your products made?
All of our TCT products are designed in-house in our Gold Coast, Australian HQ. We currently source and manufacture our products with select artisans and producers locally on the Gold Coast and Australia wide and some select pieces from Indian artisans.
Our essential oil products including soaps, candles, body oils and hand sanitizers are all handmade in Australia.
How do I know if the bedding will fit my bed?
All of our bedding is one size: Queen to King Size and will fit all beds.
How do you wash and care for our Bedding?
For best care machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle. Avoid the use of bleach, do not soak, do not tumble dry. Hang out immediately and dry in a shady place, if dried in direct sunlight it may cause the colours to fade quicker.
