Shipping

Pre-Order Items
Please be advised that when ordering a “Pre-Order” item with “In Stock” items, they will sent once ALL items are in stock. If you would prefer to receive the items separately, please ensure you separate your orders as shipping costs must be covered.  We do not split orders once they have been placed so please order carefully.
Please get in touch with our customer service team and they will assist you if you do require an “In Stock” item to arrive first as you may be able to pay additional shipping to separate your order. 

Shipping
The Conscious Trader uses Amarex Courier Service to ship all orders both domestic and international. Due to this, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. The order will be dispatched within Two Business Days via our courier service. TCT cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside our control e.g. third-party couriers or in the case of adverse weather conditions.

We inspect and take due diligence while packing your order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. All orders must be inspected upon delivery and any breakages must be reported and photographed within 24 hours of receiving your order or your claim will be accepted.  All original packaging must be retained where possible. If you have received one or more broken or damaged products, please contact us at hello@theconscioustrader.com.au include your invoice/order number. Please take a few snaps of the damaged products and send along with your email. It disappoints us that this sometimes can happen and we will do everything we can to organise a replacement as quickly as possible.

  • Please enter your shipping address correctly at the checkout, your address cannot be amended once dispatched. If your order needs to be resent, you may be charged the appropriate shipping costs.

  • 'Pre-Order' parcels will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking information once your items have been dispatched.

  • The Conscious Trader do not deliver on the weekends. Items will only be shipped during Monday to Friday.

Your package may be delayed longer due to reduced flights, social distancing requirements and increased demand within our courier service.

Shipping Method (Does not include large items)

  • Domestic : Shipping cost calculated by weight and region at the time of ordering.
    Processing & Handling Time: Orders placed before 11am AEST will be processed same day or 1 Business Day.
    Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days

  • International: Pricing calculated by our team, please contact us hello@theconscioustrader.com.au to arrange.
    Processing & Handling Time: 2-3 Business Days

    Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 21 Business Days. (dependant on courier shipping terms)

    * Orders will be dispatched from TCT HQ.
    **Orders placed with an Express Shipping Service, must be placed before 11:00AM AEST for same day dispatch.

    Unless stated otherwise, free shipping offers apply to our standard shipping only.

Tracking 

You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider directly. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider.

Customs
The Conscious Trader do not hold any responsibility for any Import Duties and Taxes associated with your order. We will do our best to calculate costs for you on international's shipping however, should you be charged additional Duties or Taxes upon receiving your parcel, you will be responsible for covering these costs.

Promo Codes
Offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts unless otherwise advertised. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction only. Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges are not included in the total discounted amount.
